    Weave VoIP system

    Anyone using Weave VoIP? Specifically with Revolution EHR? I got a cold call from them and sat through their demo. Seems like it has some very cool features and attractive pricing. We've been considering making the switch to VoIP for a while, and if this works as advertised it could save us some $$ and headaches. I found some reviews on Google and many were good but some were alarmingly negative, so I'm hoping someone here has some real world experience with them.

    We have weave, it's so-so. There were some issues where people were getting calls when the glasses weren't here and then some people weren't getting calls at all. We had this same issue with SolutionReach as well. We are back to calling patients by hand to let them know there glasses are here. From what I understand is that it works fine to remind people of appointments but for some reason glasses reminders are a no go. I think that it hasn't been set up properly but I've been told it has. The office manager decided to ditch weave for Solution Reach again. Either way I'm calling patients by hand again which takes a lot of my time

    Thanks for the insight, sounds like similar issues I was reading about in the reviews. We're currently using SR as well, but it hasn't been very reliable over the past few years.

    That's the experience that we seem to be having. with SR also.
