Experience is key – and this position fits well for those making their goals into a Managers role – with previous optical retail experience, or multi- location private optical management experience.

We will be focused on –

  • Team building within the Optical sales staff
  • Goal setting and achievements for sales within the team
  • Hiring, mentoring, coaching your team
  • Collaborative engagement with the Optometrists to ensure follow through
  • Focused plans on growth through metrics and achievements
  • Licensed in the State of Illinois is required
