Responsibilities:

  • Understand optical lens product lines and be able to answer questions with ease
  • Answer incoming calls with a positive and confident voice
  • Initiate outbound calls to current and potential customers with professionalism
  • Take ownership of wide range of responsibilities, situations and guidelines
  • Navigate database and perform appropriate searches to answer questions
  • Input orders and complete other data entry with accuracy
  • Create and develop relationships with customers and sales reps

Qualifications:

  • Fluency with databases and office word processing and spreadsheets
  • Strong desire to help customers as well as co-workers
  • Clear, dynamic communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize and solve problems
  • Strong time management skills
