Anyone have info on Novar-tech lens designs?

Just curious if anyone has any experience using Novar tech lens designs ? Crossbows and IOT are known but I've heard little on how successful Novar designs are, I understand they are fairy inexpensive. Thx -Ric-

Never heard of them? Googled them and came up with Honeywell.
