1.6 or 1.67 index

Greetings. I'm trying to decide whether or not £120 high-index aspheric 1.67 lenses are worth it in my case.

My prescription:

Right:
sphere: -2.50
cylinder: -0.75
axis: 5

Left:
sphere: -4.00
cylinder: -1.00
axis: 180

The lady at VisionExpress said that since the frames I chose were kind of big lengthwise, the thickness of the
left lens would really stand out. My current glasses have the 1.6 index and they look just fine (the frame is about the same as the new one I picked) but the prescription is a tiny bit different though.

What do you recommend? I don't think 1.67 would make much of a difference, am I correct?
