Supreme Court may have a new attitude toward antitrust

I see that the U.S. Supreme Court justices appeared open to letting a lawsuit proceed against Apple Inc that accused it of breaking federal antitrust laws by monopolizing the market for iPhone software applications and causing consumers to overpay.

I just wonder if someone in the independent eye care community has the balls and the bankroll to take a similar action and seek monetary damages. I don't think so as there ain't no one with the balls or bankroll - just talk. All hat, no cattle.
