Question Progressive lens wearer that cannot see out of the right side of the lens

Here is the RX -2.50 DS
    -1.50 DS add +2.50
    Trivex Hoya Summit ecp
She says that the right side is blurry and when she turns her head to the left it is really blurry. My first instinct is that the PD is off. It has been double checked and always is the same. She says this has never happened to her before...Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, there is not enough info to assist with this.
What is the old RX and metrics, previous design, etc. This would give us a good start.
    Thanks

Consider the rare case that she's double in side-gaze and isn't explaining it well. Cover one eye and see if it goes away.

Also: which eye is blurry? To figure it out, cover one eye.

Also: if it's the left eye, and she has to turn her head quite a bit, well, that's peripheral blur from a higher power lens.

Also: if the fitting height is too high, she may be catching blur above the 180. Does sliding the glasses down a little help?

Why would your first instinct be to think the PD is off?

The right eye is blurry to the right when looking straight ahead, all the way down: from distance to near.

You'd better trial lens that. Could be a hemianopsia.

    she says............................

......................probably could not wear them either.

Without a good background on it I would never have sold a progressive lens with a +2.50 addition, too much distortion to the sides.

That's a good way to go broke running a retail store.
