Looking for Frames with stones in full metal

We carry Jimmy Crystal and Caviar and recently we've noticed that everyone seems to be making 4-5 plastics for every metal (and not frames with stones but every frame company)
We won't carry anything Luxottica or Safilo so who has Full metal or even metal rimless groves that have stones?

I second the Eastern States. Their Diva line is full of stones, and they are supposedly done with a "jewelry setting" so they don't fall out if you put a plier to the temple to change the panto.
