      I finally had a frame show up in their database. Yay!

      But now all my labs are gone no matter how I re-enter them, so I can't actually order anything.

          Update, if you're going the House Brands route, you'll want to hit the bit at the top that says (paraphrasing from memory, sorry) "Can't find what you're looking for? Search here" and just finish filling the form out as usual. It's the clickable link right above the fields where you'd type everything into.

                  Our office doesn't take any vision plans but I have seen problems with Eyemed talked a lot about on the Opticians On Facebook group the last few days. Sorry you're having so many problems.

                                I think Eye Med is trying to adjust the program and they did not test it enough.

                                I'm getting pages that pop up that I've never seen before. Are they lab related?

                                Anyway has anyone called them as it's really,really broken right now.

                                Maybe one in five attempts seems to be able to process.
