I had this happen years ago and what I was told is that a final step in the AR process had been missed which is the application of the hydrophobic layer. Tint should not dramatically affect AR adhesion.
If you've colored a lens series transtions for color immersion ... you've probably ruined the hard coat layer.
Usually the transition HC layer does not color smoothly and takes quite a long time .. We often make these combinations between photochromic and color but we use HC colorables and we have no problem with the subsequent AR
The best AR stacks aren't designed for use at all with tintable lenses. Polar yes, tinted, no.
Go polar - and order a QUALITY AR.
Your troubles are over.
