    Best Anti-Fog remedy 2018

What is the best anti-fog remedy? I have a patient that is an avid mountain bicyclist and he has a big problem with his lenses constantly fogging up.
We've tried the opti-fog coating with the activator cloth but that hasn't been very effective. I know Zeiss has an antifog cleaner they recommend but I have no personal experience with it? Are there any other anti-fog sprays that work well?

The best anti fog product on the market by far, is still Zero-Fog, my own invention from years ago.

It is not a lens cleaner with added anti-fog properties, it a pure anti fog product to to be applied on a cleaned surface.

These days it is now even applied on most automotive brands, and some airplane dashboards (since 2007), whose producers have become the largest users of the product world wide.

McCray Optical Supplies in Toronto has purchased the rights to to produce my line of lens treatments.

They can be reached at: https://www.mccrayoptical.com/index.php

Find a way to control the moisture aka humidity and temperature you can then control fogging. Till then you will always be chasing the per verbal dogs tail. People are always unrealistically wanting a way to eliminate fogging, not going to happen. Might find something to reduce it, but not going to be able to eliminate it. Best bet it to educate your pt as to what causes fogging.

    Agreed
But some folks need some kind of effort at a solution or they think you're just making excuses. Sometimes when you show them a product and explain that it isn't perfect and educate them as well, they feel that you've gone the extra mile to help. And that usually is enough!

Contrary to most cleaners that contain an anti fog system
all in one, clean and dry the lenses.

My Zero-Fog that is today used on most automotive Dashboards, the eyeglass user instruction is as follows:

Clean lenses with anything you like. Make sure that there is no residue on lens surface.

Spray on the Zero-Fog and spread it evenly with a finger tip,
    and let it air dry.

When dry take a soft piece of tissue and softly polish the treated surface, and your done.

Surface will be 100% anti fog until it gets wet again and or wiped off.

We are using Dynamic Labs' Fog Stopper, and it is excellent.
