What's your time frame to do a no charge remake?

Would you remake lenses from 6 months ago? How about 18 months old, or 3 years old?

Jane got her Rx from Optom A at Optical chain 1, and got glasses from Optical chain 2.
A year later Jane got another set of glasses from Optical chain 2 with the same Rx.
Another year later Jane got a new Rx from Optom A, and got her 3rd glasses from Optical chain 2.

6 months after pair #3 Jane has come to another store in Optical chain 2, and had her eyes tested by Optom B. The new Rx from Optom B has a slight increase from Optom A's last Rx (which was a slight increase on the first Rx). Jane now says that the 3 pairs of glasses were wrong and all 3 should be remade for free. Note that Jane has not had any glasses made up yet from Optom B's new Rx.

Do you A) remake 3 pairs of glasses for free
    Or do you B)

HAHAHA, Jane can go pack sand. After I try to politely explain the situation to her of course. But asking for 3 free pairs of lenses, 2.5-3 years later, makes me think she doesn't have much sensibility and this conversation is going to go very poorly. Doesn't sound like a customer I need or want.

"I politely decline to disappoint you any further ma'am."

That being said - I will look at the history. It is very possible segs and things were wrong on every pair of those glasses and the RX changes were just placebos, if my research shows we did nothing wrong and everything right then it is on her and she needs to put her big girl pants on and be an adult about her decisions and her eyes.
