Blue Jumper Nobody seems to have or make any these days.................................

We used to make one until 2009 when the demand for it became zero, because of its incapability of being AR coating adhesion friendly.

Nobody seems to have or make any these days.

if you insist on using uncoated lenses, your only option is to invest in a dip coating system. Otherwise, most all lenses can be ordered with front side hard coat.

My friend is manufacturing SFSV 1.67 and is looking for a spin coater for the convex surface.

Hi Manny, the Coburn website says this is a back coater only, you are able to coat the convex side with the Simplicity?

As it turns out, my "only option" was not a dip coater. Coburn offers a UV spin coater that does both convex and concave surfaces.

Please talk with sales person name John and At this time I am Coating both side with out any problem and I am using up to back side base of 9.00. The metal pipe which blowout the water from the lenses was touching at first because the lenses was too curve when doing it the front coat and all i did is cut it make is short, which you can request the sales guy to do it before they ship it.
