    Amor Style Spring-Hinge?

Anyone know of a manufacturer currently making an Amor-style semi-rimless spring hinge frame? Something like the Moscot Henry with a generous eye size. Already looked into the Penguin Luther but it's a tad too small for the patient:

What's so important about a spring hinge? A well made conventional hinge is so much better, not to mention some of the more modern hinges out there.

It's a matter of patient preference. It's really non-negotiable, so I'd really rather not let this thread get hijacked by a debate of spring-vs-standard hinge.
