    Lacrimal Gland Disorders

Can a comprehensive eye exam (including dilation, but NOT including: CT, Ultrasound, or MRI) be used as a modality to diagnose (or find) a possible lacrimal gland disorder (like inflammation) or does one need to be sent to have a CT, Ultrasound or MRI to diagnose an issue of the lacrimal gland?

    Thanks

I think you're referring to the new CPT10 codes that make you choose that diagnosis, for lack of a better one.
