    Can an office partner with 1800CONTACTS?

    After receiving a fax verification from Target I realized that the contact person listed on the bottom was Josh Neilson, the same person that is the contact for 1800. I assume that there must be some sort of business relationship with these two companies. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on that. Can you partner with 1800?

    A local, cheapo, bait & switch chain here in Utah tried a number of years ago. Tried to strong arm them, in addition to not paying their bills, and the "partnership" evaporated. Then Walmart tried too. Big fail in the end. Ultimately, they seem to attract the lowest common denominator. National chains like Target's optical shops seems a likely...well...target.
