Hi folks. I recently purchased a large amount ophthalmological surplus and am working on selling it along. I found this forum and it seems like a great resource so I signed up for a membership in order to post the items for sale here and get feedback.
All of this equipment is brand new -- seriously -- and has been in storage since it was manufactured in the late 1980's and early 1990's. It's all in its original factory boxes, which is how it will ship...with an additional outer box for extra protection.
All of these photos are shots I took of the actual items (I'm a commercial photographer in a past life), in case there is any question about why they're so clean and clear. I do have many more shots of each item, but didn't want to make this thread a huge clutter of photos. Just ask if you want more images of any piece.
All items are located in San Diego, CA. Local pickup and/or inspection more than welcome. I'd love to not have to ship. That said, shipping will be paid by the buyer on any items. I get incredible rates on UPS Ground and will ship everything that way with insurance.

- One (1) Brain Power Inc. BPI Square Shooter 5/8" drop ball tester. Includes balls, lens support, and screws. No manual. $395 OBO plus shipping.
- Two (2) Kirk AA-2 lens hardening ovens with compressors. Includes manuals and accessories as pictured. $650 OBO each plus shipping.
- One (1) Ames S-8707-1 desktop dial type lens thickness gauges. $175 OBO each plus shipping.
- One (1) 5lb. box of American Optical 18771 glass beads. Approx. 1mm diameter. $225 OBO plus shipping.
- Six (6) Kosh/Vigor Box-O-Graph gauges. New in original boxes. $40/each including shipping.
- Four (4) GFC No. 8 caliper dispensing lens thickness gauges. New in packaging. $55/each including shipping.
