Wax is coming out really slow. So slow that th freebond will not adhere to the block. I have checked to make sure the nozzle is not stopped up. Any suggestions is appreciated.

Freebond flow is temperature sensitive. Check set and actual temps for CBU (128 degrees ) and Reservoir (126 degrees) . Consider ambient temp changes directly around blocker...was flow affected by these changes? You might need to increase set temps. Also when was the last time internal chiller was cleaned? Dust and/or wax can build up giving a false reading and CBU heater might not be cycling properly. Lastly how old is Freebond? Polish and other contaminates can affect performance.
Thanks! Turns out the nozzle heater is not working and the CBU was set to 123. Changed it to 128 and it flows good. Will replace nozzle heater anyway. Thanks again.
