Lenses to reduce halo's after cataract surgery

I'm looking for advice on what would reduce (if at all possible) the unwanted halo effect that can on rare occasion show up after cataract surgery. I am not aware of any lens or tint that is designed specifically for this and was hoping that you fine folks could shed some light on this. Thanks!

    Not rare.

"Far and away, the most important dissatisfier after uncomplicated surgery was pseudophakic dysphotopsia or unwanted images.

In his study, 10 percent of patients had at least moderate unwanted images more than one year after uncomplicated surgery.

Miotics might help, but there are side effects.

Correct postop refractive error- almost always ignored, trial frame to judge its importance to the individual.

    Hope this helps,
