    Cutting Plastic Laps on SGX

Anyone cutting plastic laps on sgx or other generator.
I've been cutting 2 or 3 plastic laps daily to build up our more common lap inventory, instead of cutting the foam laps for laps we use once a week or so.
Problem is it dulls the blade very much, and if I cut a poly lens right after it sounds like the blade is not cutting well, after a few lenses it's ok again.
    Anyone have some ideas.

Dont notice that here on ours, sounds like its leaving traces of plastic on cutter. Maybe avoiding poly straight after cutting a tool is a good idea.
