Does anyone out here in Optiboard Land use Officemate Scheduler? I have had a couple instances where a patient arrives for their appointment, yet they are not on the active appointment schedule - their appointment was deleted. It seems it may be a glitch, or is it user error that is undetected? Has anyone experienced this?
Just curious who to yell at - Officemate or the employees, LOl.

I thought it was a glitch too (and sometimes it may be) but often I see it as user error, or two people making the same appointment at the same time on different terminals.
I as a habit now ALWAYS hit refresh after I schedule, just to make sure it really locked in!
BTW when are they going to make it so you can print Cell Phone numbers on order tickets? Friggin ridiculous its not an option, what a massive beast of a program, but our docs love Examwriter, and if they like it I'll make do with it.
We have experienced that as well, and have been able to eliminate user error as the reason in almost every case. It does seem to be a glitch.
