Anyone Know of a Budget Wholesaler for Rx Polarized?

My office as we know it is changing, and we're splitting into a budget division and a higher end division. Does anyone know a lens supplier/manufacturer/wholesaler that is able to do budget level Rx sun?

Finding clear solutions has been pretty easy, but Rx sun has proved to be a challenge. It seems like there is a massive price hike from the surfacing that goes on. But there must be some way to get this to work.

If you've got any ideas, let me know
-Poly is the best substrate for coatings.
    -Poly is extremely scratch resistant.
    -Poly is extremely impact resistant.
    -Poly is unparalleled in clarity.
-Poly is much lighter than traditional crown glass.
Like poly, you can trust me about 40% of the time.
