    I don't believe scatter is much of a concern with spectacle lenses, more so with eye pathology, IOLs, etc., and certainly not as important as dispersion (see below).

    Additionally, knowing the extent to which TCA degrades peripheral visual performance is important when designing spectacles.

    "What is the TOTAL POWER at the bottom of a progressive between a myope and a hyperope?"
