This position will involve intense networking and hosting educational seminars to help seniors and diabetics in Pasco and Pinellas counties.

We also provide telemedicine with free comprehensive eye screenings for diabetics, cataracts, glaucoma, dry eyes and macular degeneration to all those in need in the local communities.

We have set up a new bonus and commission plan to reward our highly skilled representatives without setting compensation limits on their success. Your daily responsibility will be bringing in new patients with a bonus up to $100 per patient, plus a competitive base pay. Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree – preferred but not required
• Outgoing personality
• Great communicator
• Multiple years of experience in giving presentations and/or seminars
• Applicants with current contacts among physician’s offices, senior centers, churches, rotary clubs, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, over 55 communities, diabetic support groups, and other related associations are preferred
• Proficiency with computers, CRM sales software such as ACT and PowerPoint
• Understand fundamental concepts of marketing to a particular audience
• Excellent communication skills- must be as effective a listener as you are a speaker
• NETWORKING SKILLS and IDEAS are ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS
• Must be self-motivated
• Must have PR writing skills


Job Duties:
Responsible for contributing to our medical facility’s profitability by developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase our diabetic patient counts and contribute to maintaining a well respected reputation within the patient and medical community. The essential functions of this position include:
• Develop a physician referral network.
• Develop an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) - nursing home referral network by scheduling and performing seminars, health fairs, and visual screenings, and developing relationships with facility directors.
• Develop a patient referral network by attending and scheduling community outreach educational seminars and community health fairs.
• Develop a diabetic education network by scheduling in-house seminars, develop and maintain relationships with area centers, and follow up on current proposals.
• Develop a unique diabetes education group with registered dieticians, registered nurses, and retina physicians participating.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with all diabetic service companies and diabetic medical supplies.
• Complete special projects and other duties as needed or directed.
Compensation / Benefits:

o Example: If you bring 2 new patients per day to our practice each 5 day work week, you would bring in a total of 44 patients per month which would equal between $2500- $4500/month.
