    SP 200 AR Coater Problems.

Problems with SP 200 seeking help.

I am So frustrated with this.

I have tried super hydrophobic coating from satisloh " merage" and it is crazing..
I have tried OMS super hydrophobic it is crazing after some time.

Does any one can help me by telling me how are they doing their Super hydrophobic coating ?
or I do have the right material but the process I am doing is wrong.

After the AR I let the lenses cool down and then apply Super hydro coating and then dip them in the water for few minutes (by Satisloh Mirage coating).
The OMS has much better success.... after the lenses I let the lenses cool down and then dip them into the solution and then after 5 second take them out and dry them with the cloth. I do not put them in the water.

But after both process the Coating is crazing or cracking.

or if some one else know some other solution to suggest me .. PLEASE PLEASE

I haven't used the SP200 in over 7 years now, but the hydro should have nothing to do with crazing. What does the pattern look like? Have you looked at the lenses before applying the hydro? What material(s) is this happening on? And lastly, the patterns that you are seeing may be from poor polishing.

Sir! before applying the Super the lenses are super clean and soon i apply the coating manually the same pattern i apply it crack ..
if i apply in circles the crazing is in circle and if i apply in vertical or in lines then the crazing is in lines.

The base coat is from coburn simplicity.

Well now, that is interesting. How long after applying the hydro do you wash the excess off?

As soon I apply the super hydro the coating Crack.
I think the hard coating is not baking properly. What you think.

After the uv cure from the simplicity I do ar.
But I think I should bake it but I don't know how long and what temperature.

There is a problem with your stack. I would contact SatisLoh for a deeper assist.
