Vision Dx and procedure codes

Where would be a good reference for me to go to get the most updated and correct diagnosis codes and procedure codes for vision? Would anyone be willing to fax me a list of both the diagnosis and procedure codes? My fax number is 605-789-4199.

I do medical billing. I am hoping to land a vision client. I am wondering where to go to get the most updated vision codes. I know of a couple of websites and my books that I have but they don't have the vision codes grouped together.

I have a superbill that has most common exam/procedure codes and dx's, but doesn't include material codes.
