    Progressive Question

On a standard progressive, is the reading area decentered 2mm O.U. or 2.5mm O.U.?

    Many thanks,

2mm, for adds less than +2.75. The premium semifinished have variable insets depending on distance power. The early Varilux used 2.5mm due to an assumed 14" work distance.

    Hope this helps,
