    Bang for the buck edgers

Any recommendations for an edger? I don't need the drill feature or step bevel. Would like tracer instead of photo tracer. The entry Weco is around $21,000 but has photo tracer. Must be available in Ontario. Thanks.

Full disclosure, I am the Luneau/WECO/Briot rep for the Pacific Northwest in the US.
Why do you want a mechanical tracer? Curious more than anything. Thanks!!

Hi, I guess I couldn't think about the axis of the demo lens and the axis of the Rx lens. I should have had a demo before I purchased. I made a quick decision ( briot emotion). Still, very happy. My old Topcon was great. Too bad they stop making.

I am from Coburn Technologies and we distribute the Huvitz edging systems. Take a peak at our website. Entry level systems are still at SAP pricing. You can get a very capable CPE 4000 edger and an Expert Autoblocker for about $25000, or the same edger with a CFR 4000 tracer and smart blocker for $20000. 5 year warranty. Install and training included.
