    C# developers or anyone interested in programming and optics calculations

    Hello Optiboard!

    If there are any C# developers around, I have something that might interest you. I just finished a class library with around 80 calculations pertaining to ophthalmic optics.

    Just head over to my website https://robertminardi.com/ and go to the projects page. You can download it by clicking the screen shot. There's a link to the documentation on the same page as well.

    Also, you don't have to be a c# developer per se to use this. If you know how to use static methods with parameters, you should be good to go.

    If you have any questions, feel free to head over to my site's Contact page and send me a message.

    -Rob

    P.S. The calculations have been tested, but this is version 1.0 so there could be (probably will be) some bugs.

    I'm not personally a c sharp guy but wow great work. I have a bunch of stuff in a few different languages that I have in my toolchest as well. I'll have to look and see if we have any differences.

    Very interesting! I am not a C# developer, but I develop in Swift, Python, and Objective C and have used some static libraries in the past. I will look at this.
    Thanks

    You should have no problem lensgrinder. Just functions with parameters.

    It follows the pattern ClassName.MethodName(parameters);

    Here's an example of a static method call in C#.

    Also, if you do use it and see any issues at all, just let me know. I was able to test most functions with a couple of examples, but sometimes that's not enough.
