We are a new private practice optometry office in need of a full time optician. An ideal candidate must be friendly with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. Minimum of 1-2 years experience and board certification is preferred but not a requirement. We are willing to invest in the right person and provide compensation for additional training.
Job duties include, but aren't limited to:
-Patient take-in and scheduling
-Assisting patients with frame/lens selections and billing vision insurance plans
-Dispensing and repairing eyeglasses
Since this is a new practice, we are recruiting someone who is motivated, willing to learn, and able take on more responsibilities as the practice grows.
