Question (solved) [Weco 450/430] How to replace Roughing wheel?

    Hi,
I own a Weco 450, and it's roughing wheel is up for a replacement. Luckily I have a set of replacement wheels. But the thing is: how do you replace those and what steps do you have to take to recalibrate the machine?
Does someone have a service manual for a 430 or a 450, or a global howto?

Since I didn't got an answer I attempted it myself (maybe this small tutorial is able to help someone else):

Actually changing the wheels is quite easy, first step is to take the hood off, remove the safety clips and disconnect the flatcables.
Then remove the circlip on the open end of the stones, now you can access a 6mm hex screw, you need 2 6mm allan keys, one on each side (there is a hole in the rear hood so you don't need to remove it to access the other side. To unscrew it turn CLOCKWISE, it should be handtight, don't mess up the screw!
When the screw is removed you can twist and turn until the first section of the wheels come off. (for ease of access remove the cooling lines, they will pop right off)
The roughing wheel is loose but can't yet be removed, you need an 8mm spanner to remove the two screws on the right of the roughing wheel, remove these and the housing around the roughing wheel is loose enough to be able to remove the wheel (on a 430 it will be completely loose, but on the 450 the turbine is attached to both parts).
Assembly simply the reverse. Just take care that the sealing rubbers are intact (I replaced mine since they where old and crumbly) and that the plastic flap is covering the seal from the inside.
When I was in I also replaced the fan on the CPU (it was old made made some noise) since I had one lying around.

Hi everybody, does anybody knows the error number 5101 in the weco 450 edger? It's about the wheels motor, but what's exactly means?
