Photo Wall

We are trying make a push on social media at our office and an idea that we had was to give the patients an opportunity to take a picture at a photo wall where we would provide some fun props. We would then post the picture to social media sites with the patients permission and ask them to go add us and tag themselves. My concern is HIPPA. Has anyone implemented anything like this?

We have done this at some of our special events. I have a stack of permission/release slips for us to grab when giving them the fun gear.

You might make it a statement on your paperwork that if they want to use the photo wall, that you reserve the right to use their image for future promotions.

There's a Facebook app for that, the person signs in and takes a photo which gets pushed to your clients Facebook feed with your logo and info. That way their friends see it without the additional step of going to your feed to share. Exposure guaranteed, I designed it to be run from a compute stick in kiosk mode with a webcam, cheap easy and fun.
