How often does your Santinelli edger need sizing calibration?

I currently have a 5 year old Coburn Exelon 8000 edger. For the most part I'm pleased with this bread and butter edger. I'm not happy with it suddenly starting to cut cr39 and poly lenses too small regardless of frame type. We didn't change any settings in the machine. Is it too much to expect Coburn to explain why this happened? This leads me to ask how often does this happen with a Satinelli?
    Thank you in advance,
    Kenneth

We never need to calibrate unless we change a wheel. Something might be worn on your machine. They have been great for me to work with and the machines seem solid.

I find myself recalibrating my Santinelli anywhere between 9 months to 18 months. Random occurrences when it begins to cut too small and usually on a rush job :(

Whenever I have to cut a rush job I always size the lens a lot larger just in case, and also use anti slip pads. :)

Are we talking about sizing calibration? I never really mess with that on my 9000sx, except recently when I've been dealing with water pressure issues (thats my city's problem not Nidek's though)

Tracer though I calibrate pretty regularly, takes less time than making a cup of coffee though so whatever.
