Hello there.
I recently came across this board by chance while looking for an Essilor Kappa's hidden menu... Yup. I kept reading here and there and found myself quite happy with what I saw.
The board looks like a huge knowledge base full of experienced and qualified professionals.
Here I am then, curious, very interested in technical stuff and always pleased to learn.
As the title says, I am French. We don't really have any place like this, unfortunately.
I work since 2011 but actually got the optician degree in 2008, then attempted a computer program writing degree I had to give up, then went back to optician.
I will most likely be lurking for now, for I need to understand the french meaning of all the technical terms you're using (please forgive my potentially weird english).
I also am quite curious about how the healthcare system works in other countries, as french insurances companies somehow declared djihad against us for 5-6 years now. They are quite a nightmare to work with and it's getting worse every year. Plus they don't make our already not-so-good reputation any better...
