Well ... today at the end of grooving a 1.67 we heard the grooving wheel/mill bit spinning like mad despite the rest of the process being finished and blinking at us like it alway does. From the moment the power is flipped on that motor is going full tilt! I can unplug it via the board (first image) or at the motor (second) and it stops but nothing else I've tinkered with in the menu and settings has any effect. I can rotate the assembly in and out of position and all other functions seem to be on point.
It's a long shot, I know, but do any of you fellow OptiBoarders have any advice or help?

The roller switch shown in figure 2 (lower right) might be bad or need adjustment. Notice the brown and white wires in figure one harness are present at motor and at switch which indicates this is the circuit to power. To test disconnect brown or white at the switch (depends on position of groove assembly) as there are 2 switches which control on/off based on cam placement.

The switch is for the rotation of the assembly into the center of the chamber for use. I saw the same thing and was stoked to think all I might need is a new switch, no such luck :-(

This is a likely a driver issue with the main board. If you need further assistance I can have someone from our technical department reach out to you or you can call in at 800-729-1959.

    Thanks Matt!
Victor has taken care of us, in fact he's managed to get a tech and part needed here by this Thursday! Pleased and impressed.
