Grass Valley will be Jan 11 & 12 --- if you are available for the 2 days before and/or the day after, that would be great also for set-up and breakdown --- plenty of donkey work in addition to professional work to be done.

We are kinda desperate for help for the Chico clinic - OD's, opticians, general volunteers, lab personnel - we need you all. This clinic is in Butte county, an area with a low vax rate, and some of our usual gang just can't come. Our protection protocols are very impressive, but many of us are older, and therefore at higher risk.
Can you help?? Pretty please ?? A wonderful (but not restful) weekend in the country, and really fine job satisfaction for all.

I'm bumping this again, looking for anybody who might volunteer for our Chico clinic (mainly for Camp Fire victims from Paradise). August 3rd and 4th, with a couple of days before to set up refracting lanes, edgers, etc., and a day after to pack the equipment back onto the truck. Nice to hear from you again - looking forward to Coachella. We're having trouble getting people for the Chico clinic, partly because of Butte County's
reputation for denial. You can't blame folks for not wanting to take extra risks. By spring, maybe all this will be behind us.
