Hello Optiboard! I have a few questions regarding VE. Thanks, as always, for replies/input.
Has anyone used their Venue lab?
Has anyone used their Everywhere digital PAL?
Lastly, how does their Vivid A/R stack up against Crizal EZ?
Thanks!

I'm very happy with the Vivid AR. We don't use their labs, but their stock is extremely well priced and durable. We have had issues with the SuperHydro slipping but it is our old-*** machinery! Amazing customer service as well
Have I told you today how much I hate poly?
I would agree about VIVID AR. A relative of mine is a satisfied customer as well. I heard it is a consumers' choice of light responsive lenses.
I use the Venue lab. The Everywhere lens is IOT, and it's good (I would use the Everywhere+, but you need the POW measurements). Their Narrative lens is also good -- Tokai design. The Vivid is not as good as Avance'.
jefe,
How's the customer service and turn-time? Vivid not as good as Avance, but perhaps, on par with standard Crizal EZ or Crizal Alize'? How's the LifeRX compared to Transistions?
Thanks!

Customer service is fine; as the initial order is placed online, the only times you would likely talk to them would be if there's a problem with the initial order or you're checking on the status of the order. Turn-around is not bad -- usually a few days. I wouldn't touch LifeRx with a 10' pole -- doesn't change as well as Transitions (which you CAN get through the Venue lab), is available only in poly, and I'm not convinced it won't delaminate. Crizal EZ and Alize' are dipcoat coatings and Vivid is a spincoat one; I don't think Vivid is as scratch-resistant. On a 1-10 scale, I call it a 6 or 7.
