    Wrap frame edging

Good Morning everyone. I need some feedback if possible. I'm in the market to purchase a new edging system for wrap sunglasses and wrap safety eyewear. I need an edger that does the shelf bevel and is designed for high base curve frames. I'm looking at the Essilor Mr.Blue system or the new Coburn Exxpert 8000. Does anyone have either of these or know someone who does. I like to hear from someone who has some experience with them. Santinelli has come out with a new Lex 1200S edger also. I'm open to suggestions on any of them. Thanks in advance for reading this. Steve in Tallahassee.

Mr.Blue used to have a lot of problems with their GMU. We replaced 3 in a year. I now have a Coburn Excelon. It doesn't do the shelf bevel but it's a great machine and my rep, John Ingriselli, is amazing.

I highly recommend a Satinelli ME1200. I just bought my 2nd one. Maybe more $'s, but does outstanding quality 1st run every time.

Seconded. Does shelf bevel great. Going on year 5 now with very minimal maintenance cost and issues.

I use the ME1200 but the shelf is better on the Lex 1200 due to a design change. There is a new Coburn machine as well that does a step-bevel but I have not used that machine. It was just released at VEW.

BOL but avoid Mr. Blue from the feedback I have seen as well.
