Issuew with Huvitz Edger Excelon CTE-4000

Hopefully somebody has some knowledge of this edger. Have had multiple issues since about a year and a half into ownership. Current issue is ERROR MESAGE [0203] Contact switch is abnormal. The machine seems to be stuck on one mode and won't kick into the next mode. Have restarted edger, same issue. Remove power source for one minute and did feeler calibration. Issue still pops up. Any takers?

Hi Folks, I also have a kind of troble with this too. please how can I solve my huvitz excelon doesnt come up the interface screen just remain in EXCELON.
