Anyone using cloud based Eyecare Advantage? Pros and cons?

I'm very curious to hear, also. We've used server based for 12 years and are really getting frustrated as we've gone to implement new features that haven't been working well.

I've always been a huge supporter of Compulink, but that support is waning in light of standardization of best practices with PMS.
