I am having a cutter guard issue again and I can get the guard to open slowly but then it will slam back. Every time this happens the nuts and bolts holding the magnetic sensor either loosen up or get lost in vacuum lala land. I have adjusted the actuator every conceivable way and it only changes the way the door opens. Any help would be amazing. Thanks

Locate the air lines from the cutter guard. There are two in line valves (brass with ribbed nob). You will need to adjust each separately to control motion speed....one controls opening and one controls closing. Tightening will slow the action and opening will speed it up. Only small adjustments are necessary. Make sure opening rate is at the appropriate speed...if not you will start getting "cutter guard error"

It is in a really tight spot and of course has an acuity right on the side I need to get at. If I am understanding you correctly it looks like in order to adjust those valves you would have to actually take the actuator off because they are right below it. Does this sound correct? I really appreciate the help. Coburn has not returned my call.
