Urgent: Blue light lenses

Hi,
I am urgently looking to get lenses to control blue light. I am a university student and I spend 12-14 hours a day in front of screens. I feel it is taking a toll. After briefly researching the topic, I have come to the conclusion that there is a lot of information out there (mostly non-peer reviewed), perhaps more than I can analyze. I was hoping if experts on this forum can assist me in making and informed decision.

1. Which brand should i buy? As I understand, they are not created equal. An optician close to where I live said they exclusively deal with Hoya Blue control lenses. I have heard Hoya Blue Control is prone to getting dirty. There is also Nikon See Coat blue, Therablue (highly reviewed - http://www.optiboard.com/forums/show...ight=therablue), Crizal Prevancia out there to name a few. Which one will you recommend? Currently I am using Transitions Extractive and my prescription is:

OD: S -4.00, C -1.00, Axis 015.
OS: S -3.50, C -1.25, Axis 180.

2. Are the dangers, such as UV reflecting from the back of the blue lens to the eye substantiated (http://www.optiboard.com/forums/show...econtrol/page2). If so, how can they be mitigated? Perhaps through transitions+blue coat or through Blue coat+A/R on the back.

3. Is there a benefit of adding transitions to blue coat?
