    VSP Eyezen+ add on fee...

    I see Eyezen+ is now offered by VSP.

    Anyone know how I can access a printable page to show the add on fee for Signature and Choice plans? I don't see it on the March 2013 Lens Enhancement Chart.

    Is it a "Near Variable Focus" bifocal lens? If so A or B?
