I am thinking the North American Rx would be

O.D. -1.75 -1.50 x 090
O.S. -2.50 -0.75 x 057 Add +3.25 ou

Correct me if you are Polish and this is wrong. lol.

Thanks kot.......+3.25 add.....Right? This was harder than it should have been for this old brain.lol His Rx did change with a lot more minus. He had a +2.50 add before.
