This looks like a super cold startup. If your frame line is unknown it is a double hard start.

You will not find any good experienced sales reps with experience these days to work for a newly started line.

Go out and do your own selling and build up a territory until the sales will support a salary or pay enough commission to support a rep.

We already got a local sales rep. But we need to expand fast across the country. Any suggestions ? Tia

Hello Chris,

My first job was a sales rep. I took it up only because of the commission which translated to a hefty package at that point of time. Being a sales rep is task, especially it its a new line. I am not sure about the mindset there, but in India if you can project the commission you will get what you need.
And of course job portals, but again registering and doing all that kind of stuff. Why don't you poach someone?
