Pricing my finishing equipment for local sale

Hello, I am trying to figure the pricing for my doctors finishing equipment for sale to the local optoms that we deal with directly. I have seen quite a variance in pricing, so I do want to give them an accurate quote before I over or under quote them if anyone could help out. It is hopefully going to be a bundle sale so its over with quickly, but here is the list of items.
    • Optronics 7ex with drill attachment (I dont believe the drill was actually used yet) and the edger has 5000 cuts.
    • Optronics 4Tx Tracer
    • AIT Speede Blocker
    • Roughly 1000-1500 poly lenses no AR

I wasn't expecting to need to quote them a price as I have never been involved in selling/buying used equipment and some direction numbers would really be appreciated.

Blue Jumper Why don't you contact a few used equipment dealers ..........................

Why don't you contact a few used equipment dealers and and ask them what price range they would pay you for it. That would at least give an idea of what they are worth.

Thank you, I have a call out and am waiting for them to give me a call back soon. The used equipment sites have some pricing that varies quite a bit so I was confused.

The tracer is not really worth much...the value of the lenses will depend on powers and brand but you can consider maybe 25 percent of original purchase price and I would value the edger at about $15,000. Opinion only.

7Ex Iwould price a little more then 15K, a 7eHLP is approx 15K on the market.
The 7eX is the newer model with updated casing and screen.

If you price it at 15K it should be an easy sale.

$20K would be a steal for everything, $25 is a good deal for the buyers.
