VSP and Instagram

While munching a carrot during the noon hour, I pulled out my phone took a gander at my Instagram account and lo and behold I stumbled on a VSP advertisement selling Insurance.

Am I a day late to the party or has this been happening?

Oh, Instagram. I can use it only after setting up https://spamguardapp.com/dashboard, last years there are to many ghosts and too much advertising. Too much for a photo social media. And I do not want to see prices of some food while I am scrolling feed.
