Hello all, simple question. How can an optician owned optical practice with a doctor on staff accept VSP? I know, I know; "it must be 51% owned by a doctor." BS! Many other 100% optician owned shops do it. How?

Umm- Isn't it fairly easy to trace those who respond?
Seems like a lot of risk for no reward.
BTW- We take VSP and I work for an OD!!!
