Of course they did. Of course they did. And.... I'm sure they'll be able to use their Davis benefits too. Have I expressed enough about how much I love Davis? (insert sarcasm here)

I was sort of surprised to see that they just started selling online. I always assumed that they would have done that from day one. I always assumed that HVHC started visionworks to get patients out of opticals and this was the next logical step.

As of now they can not use their benefits online unless they want to submit as an OON benefit. But give them time and I am sure they will be able to use their benefits online as well

Highmark has always been slow to change. Whether it is because of pure laziness or waiting to see how everyone else is doing it I am not sure of
