Essilor Laboratories of America introduces groundbreaking loyalty program:

The Crizal® Intelligence Agency&#153 (CIA)
DALLAS - (January 29, 2003) – Beginning in February, Essilor Laboratories of America (ELOA) will provide eye care professionals (ECPs) with all the tools they need to help them achieve the goals of the new ELOA loyalty program, The Crizal® Intelligence Agency&#153 (CIA). Enrollment in the agency is automatic. The only requirement is for an ECP to sell 5 Crizal lenses during the qualifying months of April, July and October. Depending on their level of sales during that qualifying month, ECPs receive one of three Crizal® Intelligence Agency&#153 (CIA) titles that will define the level of their award:

o The Envoy: Sells 5-49 Crizal® lenses in a qualifying month
o The Operative: Sells 50-99 Crizal® lenses in a qualifying month
o The Agent: Sells 100 or more Crizal® lenses in a qualifying month

“We created the exclusive Crizal® Intelligence Agency&#153 as a way to help ECPs grow their practices by leveraging increased consumer demand for AR lenses” said Bob Colucci, senior vice-president of sales and marketing at Essilor Laboratories of America. “Building upon our highly successful Crizal® Boot Camp training program, the Crizal® Intelligence Agency&#153 is more proof that we are serious about the value of AR lenses to both the consumer and our ECP customers.”

Rewards include Crizal® Boot Camp training, in-office materials, state-of-the-art demonstration tools, e-services, frames discounts, advertising funds, Internet support, and more.
